You are constantly going through life looking for new challenges in your career, hobbies, parenting, your health, and more. At first glance, you may tell yourself with supreme confidence that if others are doing something, it must be easy enough that you can do it, too.
But as you start to drill into the details and do the work, you’ll soon realize that a worthy challenge is hard. It’s supposed to be hard if you truly want to grow and make your life meaningful.
