OVERTHINK LESS. DAYDREAM MORE.

OVERTHINK LESS. DAYDREAM MORE.

If you work at it long and hard enough, you can think yourself out of almost anything, including making changes that significantly improve your life.

The key to living better is to weigh your options, remove as many of the emotions as possible, and make a decision. Then, once you commit, act on that decision. Otherwise, you haven’t really made a decision at all.

When you spend less time overthinking, you’ll make room for more daydreaming. Daydreaming is not an excuse to be lazy. An important part of your life happens when you take a mental deep breath because it opens doors, gives you hope, and fuels everything that you do.

The start of a “what if” thought process is what it takes to get to a “glad I did” outcome.
